As part of the transaction, our Poirier Immobilier agencies apply the following scale in case of sale:

Up to 180,000 euros	Fixed fee of 9,000 euros TTC
Simple Mandate	6% TTC of the sale price
Exclusive Mandate / preference*	5% TTC of the sale price
