Interview with Flora Alborini, advisor at Poirier Real Estate in the Bons-en-Chablais agency
What has been your career path?
I was hired in February 2013 at the Bons-en-Chablais agency as an intern as part of a BTS negotiation and customer relationship for an advisory position. After obtaining my diploma, I asked my Manager to support me in obtaining a Bachelor's degree in marketing with a specialization in real estate through work-study.
At the end of my course, I was offered a permanent contract, which I immediately accepted with the greatest joy!
What, in your opinion, differentiates Poirier Real Estate from other agencies?
The nature of human relationships within the agencies is Poirier's trademark. Indeed, as employees, we all contribute to the company's development, in terms of marketing and strategy. The leaders listen to us, share our field experiences, and help us progress daily. It's the same relationship we try to establish with our clients: listening, sharing, and an adequate strategy for each project.
Your best memory at Poirier Real Estate?
My best memory was the day I signed my permanent contract, indeed, when the Grenoble academy contacted me in the morning to announce that I had obtained my bachelor's degree, my manager, Thibaut Houssard, had me sign my contract on the same day!!!
